Role

We’re on the hunt for three performance testing specialists to bolster our client's team with fresh talent. We aim to bring on board two seasoned professionals and one enthusiastic junior specialist.

The client is actively supporting relocation for candidates interested in moving to Prague, including a comprehensive relocation package and visa assistance.

Senior/Mid-Level Specialists:

• You'll be expected to have robust experience in performance testing, including expertise in various testing methodologies such as capacity, load, volume, stress, scalability, endurance, or soak testing.
• This role involves designing, developing, managing, and executing performance tests, contributing directly to project success.
• A strong grasp of software development processes and exceptional analytical skills are essential.

Junior Specialist:

• We welcome those with some performance testing experience and familiarity with tools like JMeter.
• You’ll collaborate with senior team members, growing your skills and contributing to diverse testing projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in performance testing, though candidates with strong general software testing experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with some of tools like JMeter, K6, WebLoad, LoadRunner, SmartMeter, Gatling, etc.
• Experience with performance metrics tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB; knowledge of Sitespeed is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Automation testing skills.
• Experience testing Java-based applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

Salary

• Mid-Level/Senior: CZK 80,000–115,000 + 10% annual bonus.
• Junior/Mid-Level: CZK 60,000–80,000 + 10% annual bonus.
