We are currently seeking a talented SAP Finance Support Specialist to join one of the largest real estate investment firms in Central Europe. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in accounting and billing and are eager to deepen their technical skills within a dynamic IT environment. In this position, you will provide essential Level 1 and Level 2 support for the financial and SD modules of S/4Hana systems, focusing particularly on offering strategic support to the accounting department.
This opportunity is perfect for accountants experienced in comprehensive SAP accounting who are seeking to transition into a more technically focused role. It is also well-suited for candidates moving from an IT SAP HelpDesk position in accounting and billing, looking to leverage their expertise in a vibrant, growth-oriented setting.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for financial and SD modules of S/4Hana systems.
- Train key users in finance, focusing on accounting and billing.
- Analyze and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and legislation.
- Resolve end-user SAP issues and optimize accounting processes.
- Collaborate on international SAP deployment projects in finance.
- Manage documentation and support ticket systems (Service-Now and Jira).
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting with SAP expertise.
- Proven accounting experience in SAP systems, particularly in accounting and billing.
- Customer support orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills
- Native or Advanced Czech language level
