Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (SQL/Linux) who will provide technical support to clients and colleagues, handling their questions and technical issues via chat, email, and a ticketing system, will collaborate with developers to fix bugs and test new features. The tech stack includes SQL, Linux, Windows servers, and Jira. The company has a branch in Prague and offers the possibility of working 3 days from home. The position ranges up to 70,000 CZK on an employment contract + 10% annual bonus.
